Training
staff:
Every year, the center frequently holds training courses on
rehabilitation for provincial doctors, nurses and technicians, and guides the
practices for medical students.
In the future, the center will expand the training work to
include training for community based rehabilitation for doctors, nurses,
physiotherapists, volunteers , Red Cross members, and members of the family that
have a handicapped person . In order to provide training of this caliber the
staff of the center needs to upgrade their skills in the following areas:
1.
Professional
development for :
-Doctors : post graduation I, II on orthopedic technicians,
rehabilitation workers
-Physiotherapists, Nurses: Occupational therapists, Speech
therapists and all levels of Technicians.
2.
Knowledge on
teaching: effective methods of teaching.
3.
Knowledge on
organization: of training courses, social affairs, research reports.
4.
Knowledge on
forming and managing projects.
II.
Finance:
The center needs financial support in order to maintain and to
broaden the free treatment regime for motorically disabled children.
III.
Medical equipment:
The center needs support for medical equipment such as machines
used for surgery, labotary, physiotherapy. |
