Yen is one of the previous patients of the Center in the time period 1987-1988. She was treated at the Center for squelae of Polio . She could not walk because one leg was paralyed . She was operated on and provided with orthotic . Especially, she was trained as a tailor at the Center ( at that time, the Center had a vocation room for in-patients).
